Excellent location near the city center attractions.
The air conditioning in my room was noisy and ineffective, making it hard to sleep comfortably at night. Additionally, I discovered a significant leak under the sink, which I had to deal with during my stay. The bathroom amenities could use a complete overhaul, as they looked quite worn and uninviting.

The location is ideal for those looking to
explore Guadalajara. Everything is within walking distance, and the staff were proactive and friendly. I had a pleasant experience overall, but the AC in the room struggled to keep up during the warm afternoons.

Family with children beware
The location is something else! Lots of eateries right down the street, and the Mercado San Juan De Dios is like a treasure hunt for treats. I mean, who doesn't love cheap souvenirs and street food, right? But honestly, the maid service was great, they really cared about keeping things clean.
It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but for what we got, I guess it's acceptable.

The Standard Room with Two Double Beds was spacious, but the mattress was way too hard for my liking. I barely got any sleep because of that. On the plus side, the sheets were soft and the pillows were good, which helped a bit. I noticed a musty smell in the hallway too, which wasn't great. The view from the windows was blocked, so it felt a bit claustrophobic. Still, the staff was super nice!

friendly staff but outdated decor
The staff were genuinely warm and accommodating throughout my stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the catedral, making it easy to explore the area. I particularly enjoyed the lovely city view from my room—it added a nice touch to my mornings.
The decor felt a bit outdated, which was noticeable in the overall ambiance.

The location was fantastic, only a couple of blocks from the historic cathedral and Governor's Palace. I appreciated the easy access to nearby bars and restaurants along Calle Chapultepec. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made my visit more enjoyable.
The room had a lingering musty smell, which was uncomfortable during my stay.

I loved how close the hotel was to great restaurants and shops. The little coffee station in the lobby was a nice surprise! There’s a comfy lounge area and a game room for chilling—definitely a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a really pleasant stay! 😊
